Dulce María joins Lever – Transfer of Learning with a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de las Américas – Puebla (Mexico) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix (Colorado). She is a Hudson Institute Certified Coach and a Change Facilitator with a special enthusiasm, creativity, and passion for her work.
Throughout her professional career she has collaborated with several projects in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. Her extensive international experience with different methodologies has given her a sound understanding of how to overcome challenges in the Mexican context with a global view. Global Vision, Focal Action is her motto. She is also an established speaker, having presented at various change management forums and strategy events for over a decade.
