Raechelle joins the Lever Head Office support team with experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative at Teletech Holdings. During her time at Teletech Raechelle was promoted to a Supervisor role where she was required to support her team’s development. She was also required to do administrative tasks, escalations, customer service, technical support and sales. Raechelle found the role of team leader very self-fulfilling, knowing that she was contributing to a person’s growth as an individual and an employee. In 2013, Raechelle joined iQor Philippines as an AVP handling 18 agents for a customer service account. Come 2014, Raechelle decided to start working from home, and was given the opportunity to work for Thumbtack Philippines as a content writer, delivering snippet writing to professionals in the U.S.
Raechelle joins Lever – Transfer of Learning to support our internal team of TLA Specialists and ensure our Turning Learning into Action programs are set up as smoothly as possible.
