The Impact of COVID-19 on Learning
For those that don’t know the work of Fosway, now is the time to check them out.
The Fosway Group is Europe’s #1 HR industry analyst, and they have just released new research on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on corporate Learning & Development strategies, priorities and spend.
Not surprisingly, 82% of organisations surveyed report that demand for digital learning has increased from senior stakeholders, whilst 71% have experienced an increased demand for digital learning content from learners themselves.
They predict that this move to digital will be a change that will stay with us in learning.
It’s interesting to read too that “as people get used to working remotely and in virtual teams, collaboration is becoming a key priority. 84% of L&D leaders think it is more important to integrate digital learning into other corporate platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Trello for example.” How perfect that Coach M is now available on Microsoft Teams 🙂
Read more about the report highlights and download a great free infographic from their website. Thanks to David Perring and team for your fantastic work in this space.
By the way, If you are a learner or a facilitator and have shifted to live online events recently, Deb King, a dear friend and colleague, would love to hear about your experiences – you’ll be helping to shape the future of learning online, plus you have a chance to win a free holiday! I am heading straight to the link 🙂
