Sharing this beautiful view from the hotel roof in Ashville, North Carolina. ? Enjoy the view! The world tour is in full swing!

First stop was the Learning Technologies Conference in London; more details in the featured blog below. After some family time, I flew to the US for a 2-day AI learning lab with Elliott Masie in the beautiful Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend! Plus, I quite fell in love with Saratoga.

Next stop was the ATD conference in San Diego! Always a rich learning experience.

One thing that has really struck me after attending these conferences is that everyone is facing challenges in their learning transfer journey. As AI starts to influence content creation, I believe that learning professionals will be called upon to make a greater impact and generate organisational and performance outcomes from any interventions we undertake.

Time to get focused on transfer!

I want to ensure that learning delivers the best outcomes for our organisations!

Wishing everyone the very best and more from my travels soon.
