Learning from the BEST: Conference Highlights

Last week I headed to Washington DC to find out what makes the BEST different from the rest.

The ATD (Association for Talent Development) BEST conference is a unique experience where you can learn from award winning Learning and Development practitioners, and find out what they are doing differently with their talent development strategies.

There were some great sessions with speakers from organizations such as Southwest Airlines, Western Union, Consumers Energy, Verizon and IBM.

Check out my short video below for my conference highlights and the top tips I picked up from learning experts last week.
