Mind Tools Interview: How To Transfer Learning to the Workplace

I was recently interviewed by Rachel Salaman from Mind Tools Learning & Development Insights Podcasts to address this problem. In the interview Rachel asked me to outline the practicalities of Turning Learning into Action – the tool I have developed to bridge the problem of failing transfer of learning.
