Podcast: Chatbot Coaching in the Workplace with Dr. Kinga Petrovai

If you haven’t yet come across the Art & Science of Learning podcast with Dr. Kinga Petrovai, it’s one to add to your playlist! I was fortunate to have a chance to meet Kinga twice last year—once in London and then in New York. And I was delighted when Kinga invited me to be a guest on her show to share my thoughts about Chatbot Coaching in the Workplace.

Coaching has always been an essential part of professional development, but scaling it across an entire organisation can be quite challenging. This is of course where technology steps in. Coach M offers a unique solution that brings coaching directly to employees, making learning more accessible and effective. And I shared the Coach M story and client results with Kinga in our chat.

In our conversation, we also delved into what it means to have a chatbot coach and how it can significantly enhance on-the-job performance.

If you’re interested in how technology is shaping the future of coaching and learning in the workplace, check out the podcast episode and let me know your thoughts!
