Talking all things coaching with the LDA team – podcast episode ‘The Coaches coach!

I was delighted to be invited onto the LDA podcast recently to talk about all things coaching with Clark Quinn and Matthew Richter.

As many of you will know, the Turning Learning into Action™ methodology is an advanced coaching methodology and I’m never happier than when I’m talking coaching 🙂

Matt and Clark asked some really challenging questions and certainly had me on my coaching toes. We talk about the practicalities, ethics and why managers struggle with coaching. I hope you enjoy the conversation.
