She has served as a leadership coach; team and leader development professional; manager; training strategist; HR leader and writer. She holds an MBA, MS in Instructional Technologies, BS in Communications and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
Stephanie enjoys hiking, writing, reading and studies the Japanese Tea Ceremony.
