The Road to Learning Transfer

 

We have given our beloved learning transfer roadmap a well deserved makeover and wanted to share it with you.

We use the roadmap as a resource that will help clarify your thinking around learning transfer and measurement. It shows where you can fit a transfer of learning strategy into a learning initiative to truly optimise it for the best results.

Many organisations finish their learning initiative after the program has been executed, with a very basic level of evaluation. Well, we are here to shake things up – and tell you that the current finish line for learning in organisations is simply not good enough!

In order to maximise the return on time and financial investment in training, you must aim for the REAL finish line, and initiate an effective learning transfer strategy after a training program, with deeper levels of evaluation, to truly create long lasting impact.
