Josephine Schol
Lever - Transfer of Learning Associate
As a certified professional coach, Josephine has worked with over 750 individual clients, teams, and groups, predominantly in the area of leadership development and learning transfer. She enjoys the diversity of working with clients across the leadership spectrum, from individual contributors to CEOs. Supporting leaders at all levels in a broad variety of industries including telecommunications, finance, pharmaceutical, engineering, healthcare, automotive, entertainment, construction, transport, and technology, has given Josephine deep insight into both the common and unique challenges faced by people in organisations today.
Josephine brings her natural, positive, calm, and encouraging coaching style to every conversation, meeting the client where they are at. Through creating and holding the space for deep reflection, using powerful questions and relevant coaching techniques, she supports her clients to step forward into their growth, moving from intention into action. A co-creative approach allows clients to define and develop the skills and behavioural change they need to thrive and succeed in today’s increasingly complex environment. Josephine encourages her clients to step forward and stretch out of their comfort zone, inviting bigger picture thinking, seeing opportunities for growth and creating the building blocks for the new habits and behavioural change that support personal and professional flourishing.
Josephine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Bachelor of International Business, and a Graduate Diploma in the Indonesian Language. She also holds a Diploma of Project Management and is a certified MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) practitioner.
