Jennifer Lalor brings a life long passion for learning to the Lever team. Her deep engagement in the areas of education, transformation and mastery span more than two decades of experience as an educator, counselor, consultant and coach.

Jennifer has worked internationally with clients across diverse industries including construction and mining, IT, utilities, entertainment and education. She has been a guest presenter at universities including University of California Berkeley, University of California San Francisco, California Institute of Integral Studies and Southern Cross University NSW. Jennifer was one of the original Senior Associates of the Strozzi Institute in the US and was personally mentored by Dr. Richard Strozzi-Heckler.  She holds a postgraduate certificate in business leadership through Curtin University and has completed numerous career informing seminars, workshops and certification trainings.

Jennifer’s professional dedication to the coaching process is to create the ultimate conditions for her clients to be empowered to take new action and achieve their most remarkable results.
