Geoff Thomas

Geoff is an Organisational Development professional with over 20 years’ experience working across coaching, leadership/talent development, culture transformation, facilitation and design. He has an enduring commitment to supporting personal and organisational transformation.

Geoff’s coaching approach is genuine and empathetic where he looks to support individuals and their teams by working on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets.

Geoff draws from his experience as a people leader and consultant in a variety of internal and external roles spanning a wide variety of industries and organisations. These include financial services, the FMCG sector, manufacturing, government, mining, hospitality, social services, police and telecommunications.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Business (Management and Leadership), Diploma of Management, TAE in Workplace Training, Graduate Certificate in Adult education and holds accreditations in Life Styles Inventory, OCI, OEI, (culture diagnostic) The Leadership Circle, (TLC), Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and 2, Situational leadership 2.

Geoff is honoured to have supported hundreds of people in his 20 years of counselling and coaching including 15 years as a counsellor and counselling trainer facilitator for Lifeline.
