The US magazine, ‘Fast Company’ has recently published a list of the ‘100 Most Creative People in Business’ which included at number 35 Peter Senge, the Management Strategist, probably best known for work creating learning organisations.

His book, ‘The Fifth Discipline – The Art and Practice of the Learning Organisation’ was first published in 1990, 19 years ago. In my mind it remains a classic text. He stresses how essential it is for organisations to learn at every level in order to survive and thrive.
I wonder how far organisations have come in terms of living the notion of being learning organisations in the last 20 years?
How is your company really living learning? Certainly worth considering.
