I feel incredibly lucky to meet such interesting people through my work. Recently, I had a fantastic conversation with Pete Fullard, who through his organisation Upskilling People has been helping managers upskill for over 30 years. Pete’s dedication and experience in developing practical management skills is truly inspiring. His uniqueness lies in his commitment to creating and capturing real life scenarios into learning moments – very impressive.
I’d highly recommend checking out Pete’s blog post, where we’ve created some videos together. It was a great opportunity to learn from him and share some ideas with his community on making their learning stick.
There’s power in going back to basics and in one of the video’s I focused on shifting mindsets from thinking about the learning content and knowledge to focusing on what and I going to differently.
