IFTDO 2015 – that’s a wrap

I’ve spent this week at the IFTDO 2015 Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

IFTDO (The International Federation of Training and Development Organisations) is the most multinational and multicultural Training and Development organisation in the world. They host their annual conference to get L&D and HR professionals and training providers talking challenges, strategies and ideas.

It has been a sensational few days. We’ve learnt a lot and heard from some great speakers such as Jack Phillips from the ROI Institute and Peter Cheese from the CIPD. There was a lot of talk challenging us to think about the future of HR and learning. I thoroughly enjoyed my presentation yesterday to conference attendees on how to create business impact from learning.

Check out my video below for a quick snippet of thoughts from the conference…

Watch this space – I will be sharing more thoughts soon on learning from the conference in coming blogs.

Thanks and congratulations to the conference team, it’s been fantastic to be a part of.
