Podcast: Gritty, Real and Rawthentic – Leading Virtually with Emma Weber

It’s always an honour to be invited to be a guest on a podcast and I was thrilled to be on Clare Edwards’ Rawthentic Leadership podcast last month. It’s gritty, real and as the name suggested Rawthentic! Clare had me opening up about all aspects of my business/career and leadership journey.

We talk about ‘Leading Virtually’, something that I have done since my company’s inception in 2002. I love sharing tools and tips that I feel will be valuable to others, and if you are new to leading virtually or even just want to make sure your virtual leading saw is sharp, this is most definitely the podcast for you.

Clare and I also talk about our artificial intelligence Coach M, which we developed from 20,000 coaching conversations, and uncover all the benefits of being coached by M (who can be whatever gender you want!)
