Bhavna is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and a leadership specialist with extensive experience in consulting, technology and finance. She specialises in developing leaders across all levels in organizations with capabilities such as building confidence, presence, improved team development, vision, navigating through uncertainty, ambiguity and complex challenges among others. She is also DiSC certified.
With over 25 years of experience as a software development engineer, consultant and in senior leadership roles in corporate America, South Africa and India. 7 of these years has been as an Executive Coach. Clients have included several multinationals including Morgan Stanley, Ernst and Young, Bristol Myers Squibb, HSBC, MobileIron, UNFPA, Syniverse etc.
These experiences have given her an understanding of adapting to different cultures seamlessly and understand the required leadership skills at each level. She believes in understanding the needs of the client and supporting them by nurturing them yet challenging them to come out of their comfort zone and move in the direction of the goals they desire to pursue.
