In addition to being a trained coach, Cindy holds four certifications, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Positive Psychology Coach, and Advanced Group Leadership Coach.

Cindy joins Lever with 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership Training. She has a Master’s Degree in English and also has a background in Education. Cindy taught college English Composition, Business Writing and Human Resources Management.

Her passion for education and extensive experience are the catalyst for helping people perform at their best. Cindy labors together with her clients to achieve personal and professional growth and success.
