Colleen Lightbody is a respected Speaker, Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Assessor in South Africa as well as internationally. Her global experience in training and coaching includes clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Paris, Berlin, Japan, Ireland, the United States and India as well as through Africa.
She is passionate about the field of the Neuroscience of Leadership and sees a direct link between Neuroscience and Learning Transfer. Colleen is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
From climbing Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp to achieving Provincial Colours in both cycling and Triathlon, completing three Iron Man Challenges and four 90km Comrades marathons, Colleen Walks the Walk of Personal Mastery.
