Fernanda is an accomplished organisational psychologist, facilitator and executive coach who is dedicated to bringing humanity into business for better results. Her personal approach combines professional rigour and compassion. She use a range of psychological tools, techniques and methodologies to assist her clients achieve their business and personal goals.
Fernanda enjoyed senior executive roles in organisation and talent development for leading Australian and global organisations such as News Ltd, Westpac, Freehills and GE for 15 years before establishing her own consulting business. She has worked with executives on topics such as building a high performance culture, leading transformational change, influencing within a matrix, building and developing talent, employee engagement, team development, transition to leadership roles, resilience and wellbeing, developing executive presence and increasing self awareness to build longer term leadership capability.
Fernanda’s coaching clients appreciate being challenged and encouraged to build on their strengths to become more focused, influential and successful. Through greater self- understanding, her clients learn tailored strategies to confidently and effectively manage their personal challenges, lead their people and deliver better business performance.
Fernanda is passionate about contributing to her profession and has held several leadership and advisory roles in Australian and international Professional Psychology Associations.
Fernanda holds a BA Honours in Psychology and Masters of Applied Psychology (Organisational Psychology) from the University of New South Wales. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer. Committed to using psychometric assessments to offer her clients insights, she holds accreditation for the use of psychometric tools including 360 feedback assessments, Emotional Intelligence assessments, Capability and Personality Assessments, SHL Assessments, Saville Assessments, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Fundamentals of Interpersonal Relationship Orientation, and DISC.
