Florence is an accomplished multi-lingual trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in cross-cultural, management and leadership topics. Within this profession, she has worked globally in French, English and Spanish with individuals, teams and organisations from the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. Her coaching clients include managers, senior executives, coaches and business entrepreneurs spread across the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia and include FTSE100 companies. She started her career as a management consultant, specialising in Operations and Business Transformation based in London and working on European and Global projects. With a passion for enabling teams and individuals to reach their full potential and live the life of their dreams, she focused her career on coaching.
Florence holds a “Diplôme d’ingénieur” (French Master of Engneering) and an MSc in Operations Research from Columbia University, and is a certified Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) trainer, a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) and an ACC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also accredited in the use of psychometric tools such as MBTI (I&II), EQi2.0, DISC and Social Styles.
