She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailor-made experiential trainings and workshops for organisations around leadership and communication skills. She coaches people towards: agile leadership, achieving personal and professional goals, making important transitions, growth and satisfaction at work and enhanced efficacy toward relationships.
She has a background in banking and acts as faculty for Coaches Training Institute. She lives in Istanbul, Turkey with her family.
