Hayley Lawes – UK
Hayley is a supportive, insightful coach. In essence, she is a passionate believer in the art of the possible. She brings an empathetic approach, with a wealth of coaching tools and techniques from the worlds of co-active, relationship systems, and career coaching. Her clients say she is open, non-judgemental, fun to work with, and that she gets tangible results.
Prior to becoming a coach, Hayley worked for 15 years in client delivery in the digital sector; working in fast-paced, creative environments contributing hands-on from agency floor to Director Level. In this ever-changing, dynamic environment, she learned how to deliver, lead and remain fulfilled in the process.
Hayley holds an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Brighton, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She also has qualifications in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Firework Career Coaching and is a qualified Lumina Spark Practitioner.
