Jillian (known as ‘JD’) brings over 25 years of experience and achievements in executive leadership and organisational and individual development to the Lever – Transfer of Learning team. With her motto “anything is possible”, she is particularly valued by her clients and colleagues for her enthusiasm, sense of humour, integrity, and laser-like focus on achieving results. She is flexible and empathetic in her approach to meeting the needs of business associates.
JD has worked at senior executive levels with organisations in the financial, utilities, hospitality, entertainment sectors, and in commonwealth and state government. She has personally experienced and therefore appreciates the many challenges facing managers and leaders today. JD has owned and operated a respected consulting firm since 1993 which was awarded Australia-wide recognition as a registered training organisation in 2005. She successfully delivered nationally accredited tertiary qualifications in business management to employees within client organisations. Incorporating post-training coaching is one of the most successful methods JD has employed to achieve learning transfer and lasting behavioural change, resulting in maximum returns on training expenditure for her clients.
JD’s career achievements are complemented by her tertiary qualifications in psychology, education, organisational development, business management, and adult training. She is an accredited DiSC facilitator and Conflict Resolution Network trainer, and has recently further honed her organisational coaching skills with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
