Sarah is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience in commercial and HR leadership across various industries, including Financial Services and Technology. Known for her ability to connect with clients at all levels, she helps individuals and teams enhance their strategic performance through a balance of empathy and accountability.
Transitioning from a career in Marketing, Sarah has spent the last decade empowering leaders across organizations. She holds coaching credentials from the Hudson Institute and the International Coaching Federation, as well as certifications in Hogan and Everything DiSC assessments. Sarah graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Marketing and Music and lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with her husband and daughter.
