The 2019 L&D Global Sentiment Survey Result

Great to see Donald Taylor at Learning Technologies UK in February to chat learning trends and insights (in amongst conference duties!). As you may have known, Donald has an annual 1 question survey that always yields some fascinating insights – thanks to all those in our community who contributed earlier on in the year. 13% of 1953 respondents were from Australia and New Zealand this year. The results are now out! All very interesting. I enjoyed seeing what others are saying and wasn’t surprised that Personalisation/Adaptive Delivery is #1 answer to Donald’s question What will be hot in workplace learning in 2019?

With Learning Analytics coming straight into the list at number 3 it will be good to have some robust conversations about analytics and measurement this year – fascinating also that showing value to our organisations and consulting more deeply with the business are not so high on the list this year, both dropping down the chart.
