Meet Your Host: Emma Weber

Emma Weber, a renowned authority in learning transfer, has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between knowing and doing. She created the groundbreaking Turning Learning into Action™ methodology, which is now utilised in 20 countries and 12 languages. Emma’s innovative approach, combined with Coach M, a conversational intelligence chatbot, is transforming the learning transfer landscape. Emma and the Lever Team were ahead of the curve when they developed Coach M in 2017, giving her a unique perspective on what happens when technology enters your domain. This has led to her deep thinking and first-hand experience in this space.

Emma is also an accomplished author. Her first book, “Turning Learning into Action: A Proven Methodology for Effective Transfer of Learning,” was published in 2014. Her latest co-authored book, “Designing Virtual Learning for Application & Impact,” launched in 2023 by ATD Press.
